Sales Policy

 Please read our sales agreement before purchasing a rabbit.  If a rabbit is purchased it will be assumed that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. This policy applies to anyone who purchases a rabbit whether they choose to read the agreement or not.

Securing a rabbit

To secure a rabbit on a non-refundable deposit of 50% must be sent by e-transfer (in some situations cash is okay), the rabbit isn't secured until the deposit has been received.  This deposit is non-refundable  and non transferable regardless of the circumstances. So please be sure you are able to take the rabbit before sending the deposit. The remaining balance is due on pickup by e-transfer or cash. No exceptions. If any time prior to picking up the rabbit we feel that the home is not suitable we can cancel the reservation but your deposit will be given back. If your rabbit becomes ill prior to you picking up the rabbit we will offer either a suitable replacement if available or your deposit refunded.

Picking up your rabbit

We are located in Caledon East and pick-up is normally at the Foodland Parking lot on Airport road unless other arrangements were agreed upon prior. Delivery is sometimes available in the area for a fee. It is your responsibility to bring a carrier or some other suitable means of bringing the rabbit home. We ask that rabbits are picked up within 1 week of their wean date (which is 8 weeks). If your rabbit is not picked up on the agreed upon date, we will hold the rabbit for a further 5 days at which point the rabbit will be put back up for sale and the deposit is forfeited.

Health Guarantee

The rabbit will only go to a new home if healthy. We can not guarantee the health of the rabbit once you take it home as we can not see how it's being taken care of. You are welcome to look the rabbit over and make sure it's healthy before taking it home. This means we are not responsible for any future vet bills.

The sex of the rabbit

We normally get the sex of the rabbit right but we are human and mistakes can happen so we can not guarantee the sex. You are welcome to double check when you pick up your rabbit.

Returning the rabbit

Under no circumstances do we offer a refund on rabbits. If you are unable to take care for your rabbit we are happy to help you try and re-home it, we can sometimes take the rabbit back if we have the space and it is healthy but no refund will be given.

Breeding Rights

We do sell rabbits with breeding rights to approved registered rabbitries. Please let us know if you are a breeder and are looking for a rabbit that's suitable for breeding.
